Who should attend this

This course is designed for anyone who has to negotiate at any level in professional

environments. For those who are newer to negotiating we recommend you attend

assertiveness training first.

 

Course Outline

The ability to negotiate successfully is a key business and management skill. It does

not depend on arbitrary decisions or winning at any price; it is about creating a

climate of success. This course will enable you to understand and apply a set of

processes, styles and tactics to achieve your objectives and develop productive,

long-term business relationships that save time, effort and money.
